- ¼ cup light brown sugar

- 1½ tablespoons cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
- Prepare bread dough by combining warm water, sugar, and yeast; let it rest until frothy.
- Add avocado oil, salt, egg, and half the flour; mix and gradually add remaining flour.
- Incorporate raisins and knead until smooth; let rise in a warm area until doubled.
- Divide dough and roll into rectangles; spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture, roll tightly.
- Place in greased pans, brush with egg wash, and let rise again until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 350°F; bake for 28-30 minutes until golden and internal temperature is 195°F.
- Brush with melted butter after baking and let cool before slicing.
