- 1 (15.25 oz) box Devil’s food cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Red and green gel food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil in a bowl until smooth.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the cookie sheets, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and allow to cool on a wire rack.
- Beat cream cheese, then mix in marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and salt until fluffy.
- Color the filling with gel food coloring.
- Assemble by spreading filling on one cookie and sandwiching with another.
