Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixer, combine almond paste, butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the almond mixture on one sheet of puff pastry, dolloping raspberry jam on top.
- Place the second sheet over and chill in the freezer for 7-8 minutes.
- Cut the pastry into a tree shape, creating branches and a trunk.
- Use leftover pastry to cut shapes for decoration.
- Apply egg wash and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.

Ensure butter and cream cheese are at room temperature for easier mixing.
