Instructions
- Combine lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until bubbly.
- Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour. Mix until combined and knead.
- Let the dough rest covered in a warm area until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread melted butter on top.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, then roll tightly and slice.
- Shape rolls into Christmas trees and let rise again.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls until golden brown.
- Prepare icing by mixing cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar.
- Pipe icing onto cooled rolls and add sprinkles.
