Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, shortening, and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs, vanilla, and pudding mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to wet ingredients.
- Roll dough into balls and coat with sprinkles.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool on a wire rack.
Notes
