- 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, slightly softened
- ½ cup (57g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups (279g) all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini M&Ms (any color)
- Additional powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cookie sheets.
- Mix softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
- Fold in mini M&Ms evenly.
- Scoop dough and roll into balls. Place on prepared sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until bottoms are slightly golden.
- Cool cookies and roll in powdered sugar.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
For longer storage, freeze for up to a month.
