Instructions
- Wash and slice the oranges into thin rounds.
- Peel and chop the ginger into small chunks.
- Combine sliced oranges, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, and ginger in a large pot.
- Add enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer, replenishing water as needed.
- After use, cool the pot, strain out solids and store liquid in the refrigerator.
