- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup honey mustard salad dressing
Instructions
- Place a small bowl in the center of a large serving dish.
- Arrange spring mix salad greens around the bowl.
- Spread chopped persimmons and walnuts over the greens.
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and crumbled feta on top.
- Pour honey mustard salad dressing into the bowl at the center.
Notes
For best results, use ripe, firm persimmons.
Prepare ingredients ahead but assemble the salad just before serving.
Switch walnuts with pecans or almonds for a different flavor.
