- 1 (20-ounce) package miniature pretzels
- 1 (17.5-ounce) package crispy corn cereal squares (such as Corn Chex®)
- 1 (16-ounce) jar salted dry-roasted peanuts
- 1 (14-ounce) package candy-coated milk chocolate pieces (such as M&M's)
- 24 ounces white chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and secure it.
- In a large bowl, mix pretzels, corn cereal, peanuts, and milk chocolate pieces gently.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring frequently.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the dry ingredients and toss until well-coated.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and allow to cool.
- Once set, break into bite-sized pieces and serve or store.
Notes
For a smoother texture, use a double boiler to melt the chocolate.
Mix quickly after adding the chocolate to prevent clumping.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
