- 4 cups rice or corn Chex cereal
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups mini pretzel twists
- 1 cup mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped, or Rolos
- 1 cup red & green M&M’s
Instructions
- Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
- Spread Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a medium bowl in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted mixture over Chex cereal, gently mixing until coated.
- Seal the cereal mixture with powdered sugar in a Ziploc bag and shake to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet to cool, then mix in pretzels, Reese’s cups, and M&Ms.
- Transfer to a bowl for serving.
