  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups confectioner's sugar
  • ½ pound white almond bark
  • ½ pound chocolate almond bark
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place 18 cupcake liners in a cupcake tin.
  • Mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth, then add vanilla and confectioner's sugar.
  • Melt white almond bark in intervals, stirring in between.
  • Spoon melted white almond bark into lined cups and spread up the sides.
  • Roll peanut butter mixture into discs and place them in the liners.
  • Top with more melted white almond bark and decorate with sprinkles.
  • Repeat the process with chocolate almond bark.
  • Let the cups set for about an hour at room temperature or 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
