- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups confectioner's sugar
- ½ pound white almond bark
- ½ pound chocolate almond bark
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Place 18 cupcake liners in a cupcake tin.
- Mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth, then add vanilla and confectioner's sugar.
- Melt white almond bark in intervals, stirring in between.
- Spoon melted white almond bark into lined cups and spread up the sides.
- Roll peanut butter mixture into discs and place them in the liners.
- Top with more melted white almond bark and decorate with sprinkles.
- Repeat the process with chocolate almond bark.
- Let the cups set for about an hour at room temperature or 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Notes
Ensure butter is softened for easy mixing.
Take your time when melting almond bark to prevent burning.
Consider flavored almond barks for a twist.
