Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking tray.
- Cream the softened butter with light brown and white sugars until fluffy.
- Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Gradually add flour, rolled oats, baking soda, and salt; mix gently.
- Fold in Christmas M&M's and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto the tray, spacing them 2 inches apart, and top with extras.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes until edges are lightly brown; cool before serving.

Do not overbake; cookies will firm up as they cool.
