  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 small boxes (3 oz each) strawberry gelatin
  • 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • Additional whipped topping for garnish
  • Sprinkles or candy for decoration

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and nuts; mix in softened butter until crumbly.
  • Press mixture into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown; cool completely.
  • Mix lime gelatin with 1 cup boiling water until dissolved; refrigerate until partially set.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, add cooled gelatin, and fold in whipped topping and food coloring.
  • Spread mixture over cooled crust and refrigerate until set.
  • In a clean bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar, fold in whipped topping, and spread over the lime layer.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water, add sliced strawberries, and refrigerate until partially set.
  • Spoon strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer; refrigerate until fully set.
  • Garnish with whipped topping and decorations before serving.
