- 1.5 pounds frozen unsweetened strawberries
- ½ pound fresh or frozen cranberries
- 5 cups white granulated sugar
- 2 pouches liquid fruit pectin
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Prepare jars and lids by washing and boiling them.
- Blend strawberries and cranberries until smooth, then add to a pot.
- Mix in sugar and spices, then bring to a full boil.
- Add liquid pectin, boil again and reduce heat to simmer until temperature reaches 220°F.
- Pour the jam into prepared jars, leaving space at the top and seal them.
- Process jars in boiling water for 10 minutes and cool for 12 hours.
