- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Whisk egg yolks, water, vinegar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
- Cool the egg mixture completely.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- In a large bowl, combine fruit and pecans.
- Pour dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
