- 12 large eggs

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by covering them with cold water and boiling for 10 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice water bath to cool before peeling.
- Slice eggs in half and remove yolks to a mixing bowl.
- Combine yolks with diced onion, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper, mixing until smooth.
- Pipe yolk mixture into egg whites and arrange in a circular pattern.
- Decorate with diced red bell pepper and fresh rosemary.
