- 1 (16-ounce) package dry roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1 (12-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (4-ounce) baking chocolate bar, broken into pieces
- 32 ounces white almond bark, broken into pieces
Instructions
- Pour both salted and unsalted peanuts into the crockpot.
- Add semi-sweet chocolate chips, broken baking chocolate, and white almond bark.
- Set crockpot to low heat and cook for 1 ½ to 2 hours, stirring after 1 hour.
- Once melted and glossy, drop spoonfuls onto wax paper to cool.
- Allow to set completely before serving.
Notes
Keep the crockpot on low to prevent burning.
Stir gently to avoid breaking the peanuts.
Consider adding crushed candy canes or sprinkles for decoration.
