Instructions
- Combine softened butter and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Gradually mix in the white cake mix.
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Roll chilled dough into balls and coat with sprinkles and powdered sugar.
- Place on baking sheet, spacing them apart, and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack.
