  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or preferred sticky liquid sweetener)
  • 12 tsp plant-based unflavored or vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips (or semi-sweet/dark chocolate chips)
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp grain-free or gluten-free granola (or a mix of sliced almonds, chopped pecans, and sunflower seeds)

Instructions

  • Combine yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl; whisk until smooth.
  • Spread yogurt mixture onto a lined baking sheet into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  • Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave; optionally mix in coconut oil.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over yogurt, and swirl for a marbled effect.
  • Add banana slices and granola on top.
  • Freeze for about 3 hours until firm.
  • Cut or break into pieces once firm.
