- scant 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2–1/2 cups gluten-free pretzel twists (recommended: Snyder's)
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes (~4 candy canes)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Microwave dark chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of oil for about 2-1/2 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Mix in peppermint extract once chocolate is melted.
- Dip each pretzel into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes over warm chocolate-covered pretzels.
- Reheat chocolate if necessary for easy dipping.
- Combine white chocolate chips and remaining oil, microwave until smooth.
- Drizzle white chocolate over cooled pretzels.
- Let pretzels set at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or a week in the refrigerator.
For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
Ensure pretzels are completely cool before dipping to maintain chocolate consistency.
