  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 12 oz. quality dark chocolate
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 6 oz. quality dark chocolate
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, washed and dried
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix Oreos and melted butter in a food processor and press into tart pan.
  • Heat 3/4 cup cream until bubbly, then mix with 12 oz. dark chocolate.
  • Add vanilla, sea salt, and eggs; whisk until smooth.
  • Pour ganache into tart crust and bake for 35 minutes.
  • Cool the tart for at least 15 minutes.
  • Melt remaining 6 oz. dark chocolate and dip strawberries.
  • Arrange strawberries on tart and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • Whip 1 cup cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Slice and serve with whipped cream.
