- 1 bag (12 oz) large marshmallows
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a tall mason jar in the microwave, stirring after each 30 seconds.
- Insert a skewer into each marshmallow and dip it into the melted chocolate.
- Allow excess chocolate to drip off before transferring the marshmallow to a lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle toppings on while chocolate is still soft and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
