Instructions
- Flatten and season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten egg, and panko.
- Dredge chicken pieces, then fry in olive oil until golden brown.
- Prepare honey mustard sauce by mixing Dijon mustard and honey.
- Toast pretzel buns with butter, adding Swiss cheese to melt.
- Layer ham and crispy chicken on the toasted buns, top with honey mustard sauce.
- Serve warm with optional extra honey mustard.
