Instructions
- Whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and anchovy paste until smooth.
- Stir in finely grated Parmesan cheese and season with pepper.
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and let cool.
- Combine cooked pasta, chopped Romaine, and chicken in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over the mixture and toss to combine; add croutons if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.
