- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 oz bag of mini marshmallows
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 oz box of cherry gelatin
- ¼ cup each of pink and white Wilton’s chocolate discs
- Valentine sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add in mini marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Sprinkle cherry gelatin into the melted mixture and mix well.
- Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan and press down evenly.
- Melt pink and white chocolate discs as per package instructions.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled treats and add sprinkles.
Notes
Use fresh marshmallows for best results.
A light spray of cooking spray can make clean-up easier.
Be patient while mixing to ensure a consistent blend.
