Ingredients

  • 1 cup (255 g) cherry pie filling
  • ½ cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups (250 g) confectioners' sugar
  • 34 tablespoons whole milk, room temperature

Instructions

  • Remove biscuits from the can and separate each into two layers.
  • Flatten each layer into a 4-inch circle, yielding 16 circles.
  • Spoon 1 tablespoon of cherry filling into the center of each circle.
  • Fold the sides of the biscuit over the filling and seal tightly.
  • Brush tops and bottoms with melted butter.
  • Preheat air fryer and spray basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place bombs in the basket, leaving space, and air fry at 330°F for 7-8 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly and prepare glaze with sugar and milk.
  • Dip or roll each bomb in glaze and allow excess to drip off.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
