- 3 cups Coca-Cola
- 1 cup spiced rum
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of Coca-Cola until boiling.
- Dissolve cherry jello mix into the hot Coca-Cola, whisking until fully mixed.
- Stir in 1½ cups cold Coca-Cola and 1 cup spiced rum.
- Pour mixture into shot glasses about three-quarters full.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries before serving.
Notes
Use chilled Coca-Cola to speed up the setting process.
Don’t over-mix after adding rum to maintain texture.
Consider using a dropper for a neat filling of shot glasses.
