Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Lightly grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine muffin mix, water, and egg; stir until moistened.
  • Fold in the poppyseeds from the muffin mix package.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and swirl in cherry pie filling.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
