Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, Bisquick, 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded onion, canola oil, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes until golden brown and set.
