- 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 can Potato Soup
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Dried Minced Onion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare a 9 x 13 glass baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine Southern hashbrowns, cheddar cheese soup, potato soup, sour cream, and dried minced onion.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
Notes
For an extra crispy top, broil for the last few minutes of baking.
