- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups seafood stock

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup milk (for biscuits)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet and cook shrimp until pink.
- Stir in crab meat and mixed vegetables.
- Sprinkle flour, add seafood stock and cream; simmer to thicken.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the filling to a greased baking dish.
- Combine biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, and milk to form dough.
- Spoon biscuit dough over the seafood mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
