  • 8 slices baby Swiss cheese
  • 3 ounces sliced dill pickles (1 ounce chopped, 2 ounces sliced)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Shred the cooked pulled pork into bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine shredded pork, cream cheese, and Dijon mustard in a cast iron skillet, and simmer over medium heat until creamy.
  • Add chopped dill pickles and mix thoroughly.
