Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Cook diced bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
- Sauté chopped onion in bacon fat, add garlic and ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Combine beef mixture with bacon and stir in 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; spread in pie dish.
- Whisk eggs and heavy cream; pour over beef mixture and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; allow to cool before serving.

Ensure ground beef is cooked through for safety.
