- 3 cups very hot water

Instructions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, blend the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Combine brown sugar and chopped pecans in a small bowl and spread over the batter.
- Pour very hot water over the topping layer evenly.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 50 minutes until set.
Notes
Ensure water is very hot before adding to the cobbler for the best texture.
Allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving to enhance flavors.
Feel free to substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
