Instructions
- Gather all ingredients together.
- Layer fresh mozzarella on two slices of bread, add tomatoes and basil, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Close the sandwich with the remaining bread slices.
- Preheat a skillet, drizzle with olive oil, and grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
- Slice and serve immediately.
