- 1 (9×13 inch) pan of baked brownies

Instructions
- Prepare brownies and let cool completely, then cut into chunks.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter, then add half-and-half, sugar, and corn syrup. Cook and reduce sauce.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and peppermint extract until soft peaks form.
- Layer brownie chunks, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and crushed candy canes in serving dishes, finishing with whipped cream and candy canes on top.
- Serve immediately for the best experience.
