- 1 (15.25 ounce) box vanilla cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup canola or vegetable oil
- ½ cup Christmas M&Ms (red and green)
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup crushed pretzels
- ¼ cup red and green sprinkle mix
- Additional M&Ms and chocolate chips for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil until combined.
- Fold in the M&Ms, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, crushed pretzels, and sprinkles.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheets, leaving space between each scoop.
- Top with additional M&Ms and chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Use room temperature eggs for better mixing.
Test for doneness; cookies should be soft in the center.
Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes for chewier cookies.
