  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 12 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, to taste
  • 1½ cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine until al dente, then drain.
  • Slice chicken breasts and season with salt and black pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In the same pan, sauté tomatoes and garlic. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and let simmer until creamy.
  • Combine fettuccine with the sauce and sliced chicken, mixing well.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Do not overcook the chicken to ensure it remains tender.
