- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 10 ounces Cadbury Mini Eggs, crushed into large chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until incorporated.
- Fold in oats and chocolate chips.
- Prepare a 9” x 13” baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Spread dough in the baking dish evenly.
- Crush Cadbury Mini Eggs and sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
Ensure butter is at room temperature for smooth mixing.
Do not overmix after adding dry ingredients to keep bars soft.
Allow bars to cool completely for cleaner cuts.
