  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10 ounces Cadbury Mini Eggs, crushed into large chunks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cream butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  • Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until incorporated.
  • Fold in oats and chocolate chips.
  • Prepare a 9” x 13” baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Spread dough in the baking dish evenly.
  • Crush Cadbury Mini Eggs and sprinkle on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes
