Instructions
- Beat softened butter until light and fluffy.
- Add half the powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of cream; mix until smooth.
- Incorporate remaining powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons cream; mix until creamy.
- Add salt, vanilla, coconut, and almond extracts; blend well.
- Adjust thickness with additional cream if needed, add food coloring.
- Frost cooled cookies and store leftovers in an airtight container.
