- 1 bag (8 oz) Heath Toffee Bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour mini pretzels into a bowl.
- Combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring.
- Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour toffee mixture over pretzels and toss to coat.
- Spread pretzels onto baking sheet evenly.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining toffee bits over pretzels after baking.
- Cool, then break into clusters for serving.
