- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Cornstarch / Cornflour
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- Olive Oil, as needed
- 4 Large Flour Tortillas, warmed
- 8 Rashers of Bacon, cooked to preference
- 8 Slices of American/Burger Cheese
- ¼ Lettuce, shredded
- 1 Medium Tomato, diced
- ½ Medium White Onion, finely diced/minced
- 4 tbsp Diced Pickles
- 4 tbsp Burger Sauce
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season the beef with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Combine beef stock, cornstarch, and Worcestershire sauce; add to the beef mixture.
- Cook until the liquid thickens and is absorbed.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat, add shredded lettuce, pickles, onion, tomato, and burger sauce.
- Layer bacon, seasoned beef, and cheese on top.
- Fold the tortilla and roll it tightly.
- Optional: Sizzle on a griddle for a crispy finish.
