  • 8 Rashers of Bacon, cooked to preference
  • 8 Slices of American/Burger Cheese
  • ¼ Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Medium Tomato, diced
  • ½ Medium White Onion, finely diced/minced
  • 4 tbsp Diced Pickles
  • 4 tbsp Burger Sauce

Instructions

  • Heat a large pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Season the beef with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Combine beef stock, cornstarch, and Worcestershire sauce; add to the beef mixture.
  • Cook until the liquid thickens and is absorbed.
  • Lay a warm tortilla flat, add shredded lettuce, pickles, onion, tomato, and burger sauce.
  • Layer bacon, seasoned beef, and cheese on top.
  • Fold the tortilla and roll it tightly.
  • Optional: Sizzle on a griddle for a crispy finish.
