Instructions
- Break each graham cracker sheet in half and lay them out on a lined baking sheet.
- Combine creamy peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl; mix until smooth.
- Roll the peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls and place one ball on each graham cracker, flattening it gently.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Coat each peanut butter-topped graham cracker in the melted chocolate and let excess chocolate drip off.
- Melt peanut butter chips with remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil and drizzle over chocolate-coated graham crackers.
- Refrigerate until chocolate sets before serving.
Notes
Use softened butter for easier mixing.
