- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine diced tomatoes, stuffing mix, water, and garlic in a bowl.
- Layer chicken or turkey in a greased casserole dish and sprinkle basil on top.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken layer.
- Top with the moistened stuffing mixture and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the stuffing is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
