- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour

- 14 oz. marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup seedless strawberry jam
- Pink or red food coloring (optional)
- Small nonpareils in pink, red, and white
- Heart-shaped chocolates
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line two mini muffin tins with 48 mini paper liners.
- Mix granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt together.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Spoon batter into liners, filling them three-quarters full, and bake for 10 minutes. Turn off oven and leave for 5 minutes.
- Cool brownie bites for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For frosting, beat room-temperature butter until smooth, then add marshmallow fluff and mix.
- Sift in powdered sugar and stir in strawberry jam. Add food coloring if desired.
- Frost cooled brownie bites generously with strawberry frosting and sprinkle with nonpareils. Press chocolates on top.

Avoid overmixing the brownie batter for a fudgy texture.
Feel free to use seasonal sprinkles for decoration.
