- ⅓ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar

- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or 1 tablespoon freshly chopped
- Optional: pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to season
Instructions
- Combine bourbon, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, garlic, rosemary, and crushed red pepper in a bowl or jar.
- Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste, whisk or shake until combined.
- Pour the marinade over meat or veggies, ensuring even coating.
- Let marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat, remove excess marinade, and grill to preference.
