Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F, line a baking sheet with foil, and bake bacon for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  • Shape ground pork sausage into patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side in a skillet over medium heat. Add cheddar cheese during the last minute.
  • Melt unsalted butter in the skillet, beat eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble in the skillet until cooked through.
  • Spread cowboy butter on toasted bread, layer sausage, bacon, avocado, and scrambled eggs, then assemble with more toast and cut into triangles.
