- 4 Croissants
- 1 Baguette
- 3 oz Cheddar cheese
- 3 oz Brie cheese
- 3 oz Goat cheese
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- 6 slices Salami
- 6 slices Ham
- 4 Boiled eggs
- 1 cup Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup Grapes
- 2 tbsp Jam (your choice of flavor)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Pickles or Olives
Instructions
- Slice croissants and baguette into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a large platter.
- Add cheeses around the breads, either whole or in wedges.
- Roll or fold cured meats and place them near the cheeses.
- Scatter fresh berries and grapes throughout the board.
- Halve boiled eggs and place them neatly on the board.
- Set out small bowls of jam and honey near breads and cheeses.
- Include a small bowl of Greek yogurt.
- Incorporate pickles or olives around the board.
