Instructions
- Combine blueberries, chili sauce, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium until the sauce boils, stirring gently.
- Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, mashing the blueberries to enrich the flavor.
- Blend the sauce for a smoother texture if desired.
- Return to heat and simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes to thicken.
- Cool and store in airtight containers.
