Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
  • Blend butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan in a bowl.
  • Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  • Spread the garlic butter on the cut sides of the bread.
  • Toast the bread on the griddle for 3-4 minutes, butter side down.
  • Flip and toast the crust side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Optional: Cover briefly to warm the center.
  • Remove, slice, and serve hot.
