- 1/2 loaf French bread
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2–3 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
- Blend butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan in a bowl.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread the garlic butter on the cut sides of the bread.
- Toast the bread on the griddle for 3-4 minutes, butter side down.
- Flip and toast the crust side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Optional: Cover briefly to warm the center.
- Remove, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure butter is at room temperature for easy spreading.
Adjust garlic to taste for preferred flavor strength.
Monitor cooking closely to prevent burning.
